Red River Valley Competition Itinerary
Saturday February 11, 2012
4:30pm Arrive/Check in to Fargo hotel
Emerald 6:45pm
Sapphire 7:00pm
Diamond 7:15pm
*All skaters should have dinner prior to arriving at the arena
5:45pm: Emerald Blades arrive at the Moorhead Sports Center
6:15pm: Emerald Blades go to the locker room
*Coaches, team, and line moms are the only ones allowed in the locker room
6:45-7:00pm: Official practice
Practice Attire: Warm ups/proper competition attire with your hair in a competition type bun
6:15pm: Sapphire Blades arrive at the Moorhead Sports Center
Practice Attire: Black leggings and Team t-shirt with hair in a left side part ponytail (no bangs)
6:30pm: Sapphire Blades go to the locker room
*Coaches, team, and line moms are the only ones allowed in the locker room
7-7:15pm: Sapphire Blades Official Practice
6:30pm: Diamond Blades arrive at the Moorhead Sports Center
Practice Attire: Black leggings and team t-shirt with hair in a left side part ponytail (no bangs)
6:45pm: Diamond Blades go to the locker room
*Coaches, team, and line moms are the only ones allowed in the locker room
7:15-7:30pm: Diamond Blades official practice
*Diamond, Sapphire, and Emerald Blades must wear their warm up Jacket, pants, and Team T-shirt to the
arena for practice ice
Please make sure you have the following:
Skates
Hard Guards
Bag to carry items
Tights
Waterbottle

7:30am Diamond Blades Hair and Make up
7:45pm Sapphire Blades Hair and Make up
*All hair and make up will take place at the Best Western Kelly Inn, Fargo, ND
8:45am Diamond Blades leave the hotel for the arena
9:00am Diamond arrive at the arena/Sapphire and Emerald Blades leave for the arena
9:15am Sapphire and Emerald Blades arrive at the arena
9:30am Diamond Blades go to the locker room
9:49am Diamond Blades Event
9:40am Sapphire Blades go to the locker room
10:02am Sapphire Blades Event
10:30am Emerald Blades go to the locker room
10:52am Emerald Blades Event
Please make sure you have the following:
Dresses and Hair ties, Skates, Hard Guards, Bag to carry items, Water bottle, Tights, Hair supplies. All
skaters must bring their own mascara
Spirit Items
Please wear the club warm up outfit *including team t-shirt (ALL skaters are asked to stay in hair, make
up, and warm ups until after the entire competition is complete)
